This pond has been part of our care since May 2023, when we first performed an Exploratory Drain and Clean service. That initial step is always about more than cleaning—it's about truly getting to know a client's pond.
Since then, we've provided routine maintenance for nearly two years. And as with any ecosystem, the more you nurture it, the more it thrives.
In this case, the client's Koi grew so well that they quickly outgrew their original home. Before the snow had even melted, we received a call: the pond needed to be enlarged to properly support these thriving fish.
