    Our Warranty

    Effective date: July 2026

    General coverage

    The following limited warranties apply to products supplied and installed by New England Aquatic Landscaping. Unless specifically stated below, all products supplied and installed by New England Aquatic Landscaping carry a one (1) year parts and labor warranty beginning on the project completion date.

    Product warranty schedule

    • Aquascape Pumps, SLD Controllers and LED Lights

      2-year labor warranty; 3-year manufacturer product warranty.

    • Tsurumi Pumps

      2-year parts and labor warranty.

    • Landscape Lighting Fixtures

      2-year labor warranty; 3-year manufacturer product warranty.

    • Landscape Lighting Bulbs

      1-year parts warranty; 6-month labor warranty.

    • Pond Fountain Sprayers

      1-year labor warranty; 3-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Shipping costs associated with manufacturer warranty repairs are not included.

    • Aerators (Ponds Under 15,000 Gallons)

      1-year labor warranty; 3-year manufacturer warranty against defects.

    • Large Aeration Systems, Non-Aquascape (Ponds Over 15,000 Gallons)

      1-year labor warranty; 3-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Annual service by a qualified technician is required to maintain the manufacturer's warranty. Labor and shipping after the first year are additional.

    • Power Transformers

      1-year manufacturer parts and labor warranty.

    • Pond Deicers

      1-year labor warranty; 3-year manufacturer warranty against defects.

    • UV Clarifiers and Sterilizers

      1-year labor warranty; 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects. UV bulbs carry a 30-day manufacturer warranty from the installation date.

    • External Pumps and External Filtration

      1-year parts and labor warranty against manufacturer defects.

    • Pressure Filters (With or Without UV)

      1-year parts and labor warranty. UV bulbs carry a 30-day manufacturer warranty.

    • Decorative Water Features (Bowls, Urns, Spheres, Sprayers, Stacked Walls, Fiber-Resin Composite, Faux Stone and GFRC Features)

      1-year parts and labor warranty against manufacturer defects.

    Warranty exclusions

    This warranty does not cover damage, failure, leaks, water loss, or performance issues resulting from circumstances beyond the Contractor's control, including but not limited to inadequate, improper, or faulty electrical supply; electrical installation or wiring issues; power surges; lightning; acts of God; freezing; improper winterization; flooding; drought; soil settlement; earth movement; tree roots; improper water chemistry; improper water levels; insects; rodents; burrowing animals; wildlife; pets; misuse; abuse; negligence; accidents; lack of reasonable maintenance; alterations or repairs not completed by New England Aquatic Landscaping; normal wear and tear; damage caused by third parties; or other environmental conditions beyond the Contractor's control. New England Aquatic Landscaping shall not be responsible for any resulting damage to the water feature or surrounding property, or for any loss of fish (including koi), aquatic plants, amphibians, or other aquatic life arising from these conditions.

    Additional limitations

    • Leak repairs are warranted only for the specific repair performed by New England Aquatic Landscaping. This warranty does not extend to additional, unrelated, or subsequently discovered leaks elsewhere within the water feature.
    • This warranty becomes void if the covered product or installation is altered, repaired, modified, or removed by anyone other than New England Aquatic Landscaping without prior written authorization.
    • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Property Owner and the original installation location.

    Acceptance

    • Warranty coverage is contingent upon all invoices related to the project being paid in full.
    • Labor performed after the stated labor warranty period will be billed at New England Aquatic Landscaping's current service rates.
    • By authorizing this proposal or submitting payment for an invoice, the Property Owner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these warranty terms and conditions.

    Owner responsibility

    All needed electrical supply, repair, or installation will be the sole responsibility of the Property Owner.
