What a Spring Cleanout Includes

• Drain and remove fish to a holding tank for safe handling • Light rinse of the basin and rock surfaces, never a full biofilm strip • Clean skimmer and biofalls filter media (rinse, not replace, preserving biology) • Inspect pump, plumbing, and all equipment for winter damage • Refill and dechlorinate, treat incoming water before reintroducing fish • Return fish and check for any health concerns • Initiate spring beneficial bacteria program

Minimum Pond Cleanout: $1,300. Exploratory Drain and Clean up to 90 sq ft.

Average Pond Cleanout: $2,500. Exploratory Drain and Clean up to 180 sq ft.

Advanced Pond Cleanout: $5,000+. For ponds larger than average.

Regular Pond Maintenance Package: priced according to the size of the pond.
